The Experiences Behind the Photos

There’s so much more to each photo than the final image. Whether filled with laughter or the occasional fright – these experiences are always filled with the beauty of connection (with humans and other creatures of nature). I’ve been told that one of my gifts as a photographer is my ability to connect with each person (or creature) I shoot and bring forth their light in ways they may have never been recognized. Here is where I’ll share the stories behind the creation of the images. It really is all about the journey of connection. In my world, when all goes well, the journey results in a beautiful image.
